Smokey Robinson takes pride and joy in his three children.

The four-time Grammy-winning artist and songwriter welcomed son Berry and daughter Tamla with his ex-wife and “First Lady of Motown,” Claudette Rogers, and a son named Trey from a woman Robinson refers to as “Kandi” with whom he had an affair.

News of Robinson fathering a child out of wedlock led to the end of his 27-year marriage with Rogers.

“I just hate that the kids and others might have suffered from the moves that I made,” he previously told PEOPLE surrounding the release of his memoir, Smokey: Inside My Life.

“I used to tell my mom that I wanted to live in a chateau in Paris and be a fashion designer, and when I was in junior high, I would always win Best Dressed,” said Tamla Robinson, explaining the seeds of her passion for fashion.
While she operates from her home in Beverly Hills, not Paris, Robinson, the daughter of legendary singer Smoky Robinson, is following her childhood dream.
